Investigation and Research on the Boundary Space of Open Urban Public Park in Harbin

To find out the boundary space utilization of open public park in Harbin,some field survey and questionnaire survey was carried out in Stalin Park,Founding Park and Qingbin Park which had great representativeness in open public park.The results showed that the form of boundary was lack of multiformity,the design function of boundary space was not considered by surrounding land utilization,the boundary space was lack of detail design and humanization,the design was regardless of ecological effect,it was disordered and destructed at the entrance.Then the characteristics and existing problems in open public park were discussed,and some suggestions were given out.
