Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Combined with Cognitive Behaviour in the Recovery of the Old Stroke Patients with Depression

Objective:To study the application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with cognitive behaviour in the recovery of the old stroke patients with depression.Methods:Collect 100 elderly PDS patients,divide them into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group,observe Chinese medicine treatment group and control group before and after treatment in Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),depression self rating scale(SDS)and Chinese medicine symptoms scale of change.Results:After treatment,TCM treatment group and control group were significantly different(P0.01)in Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),depression self rating scale(SDS)score and TCM symptoms scale score on the 60th and 90th day.Conclusion:The process of healing curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with cognitive behaviour in the recovery of the old stroke patients with depression is distinct.
