Determination of Notoginsenoside R_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1 and Ginsenoside Rb_1 in Sanqi Zhixue Capsule by HPLC-ELSD

Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.Method: The analysis was carried out on a Hypersil ODS analytical column(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution(0-12 min,acetonitrile 19% →36%).The detector drift tube temperature was set at 45 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Result: The recoveries for notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 97.86%,96.24% and 97.58% with RSD 1.36%,1.58% and 1.13%(n = 6) respectively.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,rapid,replicable,and can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.
