Preparation of Polyaniline/Polyamide/Polyaniline Compound Films by In-Situ Deposition

Polyaniline/polyamide/polyaniline ( PANI/PI/PANI) compound films were prepared through an in-situ deposition method on PI matrix in a dispersion polymerization system. The PANI layer of compound film had a high conductivity (10° S/cm) and an excellent appearance quality. In reaction system,the compound film was improved by adding high concentration of stabilizer(polyvinylpyrrolidone,PVP) ,and controlling a mount of oxidant and acid contribute. The typical reaction conditions were as follews:concentration of PVP was 4 % ,ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline was 2:4 and HC1 concentration was 0. 5 mol/L.
