Objective:Tocompare the cost and effectivenessof 3 kinds of drug to protect the liver in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury of AIDS.Methods:One hundred sixty six cases of AIDS were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A treated with reduced glutathione, group B treated with compound glycyrrhizin for injection, and group C treated with tiopronin injection. The curative effects in each group were observed and cost-effectiveness analyses was made. Results:Effective rate in group A was markedly higher than those in other 2 groups(P0.05),and the cost-effectiveness ratio in group A was the lowest. Conclusion:The regimen of reduced glutathione(group A)is the preferable one for drug-induced liver injury ofAIDS.
