Seed uptake water,embryo elongation growth,radicle breakthrough endosperm and testa is a successional process during seed germination.As a signal molecular,Hormone has the double effects in the seed germination process.We briefly introduced the interactions of hormones during tobacco seed germination.Light is essential condition for the germination of tobacco dormant seeds,and that could be released by gibberellin(GA3).Under non-light condition,germination is obviously inhibited by high temperature.Water absorption of tobacco seeds could be divided into three phases,and the 3 stage is regulated by ABA hormone.Water stored in endosperm to promote embryo development and later growth.During tobacco seed germination,GA3,ethylene(ETH) and brassinolide(BR) play a catalytic role,and ABA played a repressive role.IAA and CK both promote seed germination and seedling growth.βGlu I is a significant downstream gene in the signal transduction of tobacco seed germination,which expresses in the endosperm cap especially and regulates endosperm rupture.GA3,ETH and BR may be positive regulator for the expression of βGlu I and ABA is a negative regulator.We could used the interactions among hormones to promote tobacco seed germination.
