Objective To investigate the urokinase and alteplase in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism thrombolysis. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 120 patients with acute pulmonary embolism in high-risk our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group, observation group alteplase treatment, control urokinase treatment group, groups were 2 h intravenous thrombolytic therapy, clinical symptoms were recorded and analyzed changes in two groups of patients before and after thrombolysis, the occurrence of CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA) changes, adverse reactions and mortality. Results The response rate was 86.7% in the control group thrombolysis, bleeding rate was 11.7%,1.7% mortality; thrombolytic effective observation group was 96.7% bleeding rate was 13.3%, the mortality rate was 1.7% in the observation group The total effective thrombolysis significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Bleeding rates compared with the observation group and the control group mortality of patients, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Alteplase thrombolysis for acute pulmonary embolism are more than urokinase, but no difference in mortality and bleeding rates two thrombolysis program, so in the clinical treatment of thrombolysis with alteplase was superior to urokinase.
