Toxicity of Fenpropathrin Phoxim and Its Mixture to Silkworm

Toxicity of fenpropathrin, phoxim and its mixture to silkworm were tested by food intake method and contact method. The LD50 and its 95% confidence limits of pesticides by food intake method were fenpropathrin 0.043 73 (0.042 8～0.044 7) μg/mL; phoxim 0.703 7 (0.695～0.712) μg/mL; the mixture 0.112 3 (0.107～0.118) μg/mL. The LD50 and its 95% confidence limits of pesticides by contact method were: fenpropathrin 0.717 (0.664～0.770) μg/mL; phoxim 27.15 (24.74～29.56) μg/mL; the mixture 4.384 (3.943～4.826) μg/mL. The toxicity of fenpropathrin and phoxim was evaluated by Finney method and result showed that it was combined action.
