摘要
The primary frequency modulation auxiliary service provided by grid-connected units and its performance evaluation are important factors to ensure the stability of the grid frequency. According to the requirements of national and local energy regulatory bureaus for primary frequency modulation performance, a method of primary frequency modulation performance evaluation based on slope change trend extraction optimized by a regression decision tree is proposed, which automatically divides the response, action, and stability stages of the primary frequency modulation process and analyzes the dynamic performance of a frequency modulation. Compared with the existing evaluation methods, the method is less affected by noise, and the evaluation results are more accurate.
