Color-tunable luminescence, energy transfer behavior and I–V characteristics of Dy3+,Eu3+ co-doped La(PO4) phosphors for WLEDs and solar applications

We synthesize different concentrations of Dy 3+ ,Eu 3+ doped and co-doped La(PO 4 ) phosphors via the solid-state synthesis and test their photoluminescence and I – V characteristics for WLEDs and solar panels.
