Construction and nonlinear dynamic analysis of nonlinear dynamic price model

A nonlinear dynamic price model considering the nonlinear factors between supply and demand was constructed in this paper. And the meanings of each parameters in the model were explained. By using nonlinear dynamic analysis, the system stability conditions were obtained from the analysis of the model. By numerical simulation of the model with MATLAB, the influence of different parameters on the system stability was obtained, in which the effect of different parameters on the system states was also considered.
