摘要
This study aims to contribute to this debate by investigating how gender diversity influences firms’ acquisitive behaviour, with a specific focus on the role of regulatory constraints and board dynamics. M&A decisions provide an ideal empirical setting, as they involve significant uncertainty, require complex evaluation processes, and are strongly influenced by behavioural factors such as risk tolerance and managerial overconfidence.
