摘要
Skin-like soft and stretchable electronic devices offer next-generation wearable devices with high skin conformability to improve the signal integrity of sensors and the comfort of wear. The challenge to realize such soft electronic devices was to develop soft electronic materials as conventional electronic materials are brittle. In this talk, we introduce several soft and stretchable electronic materials and devices. The example includes a stretchable and biocompatible gold conductor and a stretchable and transparent polymer conductor. Lastly, we introduce stretchable semiconductor-based high-frequency diodes which enable a reliable power source for soft on-skin wearable devices. A library of high-performance stretchable electronic materials is almost ready to realize any electronic devices on our skin.
