Existing problems and measues about the irrigation area of the middle and lower reach in main river of Hehe river

According to the geography conditions and the project situation, this paper analyzes the main problems of the irrigation district, points out the main countermeasures for water-saving irrigation in irrigation district, which are engineering technique measurements based on channel system renovating, develop both channel irrigation and well irrigation, and strengthen the non-structural measures for water-saving irrigation.
