DISSOLUTION RATE OF TRIPTOLIDE IN TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII TABLETS AND DROPPILLS

HPLC was applied to determine the dissolution rate of triptolide in Tripterygium wilfordii (Lei Gong Teng) tablets and droppills.The dissoluted samples of the two dosage forms were concentrated by means of liquid solid extraction.The result showed that the dissolution rate of the droppills was much higher than that of the tablets.
