Objective:To transfect cervical cancer HeLa cells with constructed successfully human pcDNA3.1-GCNF eukaryotic expression vector, and observe the effect of GCNF gene on biological behaviors of HeLa cells. Methods:HeLa cells were transfected with recombinant pcDNA3.1-GCNF plasmid;MTT colorimetric method, matrigel adhesion experiment, and Transwell invasive test were used to analyze proliferation, adhesion, and invasion abilities of HeLa cells after transfection. Results:HeLa cells after transient transfection with pcDNA3.1-GCNF plasmid were obtained successfully, the cell proliferation speeds in pcDNA3.1-GCNF plasmid transfection group, null vector transfection group, and non-transfection group were(0.239±0.014),(0.198±0.020),and(0.204±0.012),respectively,the cell proliferation speed in pcDNA3.1-GCNF plasmid transfection group was the fastest(P0.05);after transfection, the adhesion and invasion abilities of HeLa cells didn't change significantly. Conclusion:GCNF gene promotes the proliferation of cervical cancer HeLa cells in vitro, but it has no impact on adhesion and invasion abilities of HeLa cells.
