Empirical Testing for the Openness-inflation Relationships in China

This paper analyzes factors which have influenced inflation as openness grows in China by establishing an ECM.My estimated outputs show that openness is one of major factors which affect inflation.Improved openness will make effects of money expansion become higher inflation rate.
