Observation of the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C in the treatment of refractory glaucoma

Objective To explore the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods The application of the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C treatment of 45 cases of refractory glaucoma. Results After the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C,intraocular pressure control,maintain good filtration,small damage to eyesight.Conclusion The Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C has a very good therapeutic effect on refractory glaucoma.
