Analysis on the deformation monitoring data of Jiangkou arch dam

The arch dam of Chongqing Jiangkou hydroelectric station is a super thin dam.The paper briefly describes the layout of exterior deformation monitoring network in this dam.The integral displacement deformation and operation state had been mastered by means of data analyzing on exterior deformation during the construction stage and the initial impounding stage with sluice gate closed.The results will offer basic information and necessary reference for decision-making in operation and management of the station.It can also validate the project design by using the correlative data.
