Therapeutic Effect of Standard Channels of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Combined with Choledochoscope in the Treatment of Complex Upper Urinary Tract Calculi

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of standard channels of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of complex upper urinary tract calculi.Methods Clinical data of 30 patients with complex upper urinary tract calculi treated by standard channels of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with fiber choledochoscope lithotomy from January 2011 to October were observed.Results The 30 patients were treated with standard channels of percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and microscopic examination,stone breaking and stone removing were performed among the patients.KUB was re-examined after one month following up and no residual stones were found.The stone clearance rate was 100% without postoperative complication.Conclusion Standard channel of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of complex upper urinary tract stone disease is safe and effective.
