Molecular Sieves Zeolite molecular sieves are widely used in gas separation, but this application often requires discriminating differences as little as 0.1 Å. Molecular sieving with such size selectivity demands zeolites with highly tunable pore diameters. In article number 2105398, Michal Mazur, Hae Sung Cho, Changbum Jo, and co-workers report the development of a versatile method for tuning zeolite micropores by attaching organic molecules to internal bridging oxygens, thereby obtaining size-selective adsorbents for light olefin/paraffin separation.
