The MgO-GGBS (granulated ground blast furnace slag) binder, as a novel binder, has gained increasing attention in recent decades in S/S (stabilization/solidification) to treat contaminated soils. In this study, the physical strength and leaching performance of a MgO-GGBS (MG) binder was examined and compared with PC (Portland cement) and PF (PC and fly ash) regarding the S/S treatment of PAEs (dimethyl phthalates) contaminated soil after a 7-day curing.
