摘要
The electrical conductivity of biological tissue is widely used in biological or medical research. Unlike the DC conductivity, the electrical conductivity under AC conditions is more difficult to measure. In this paper, a LabVIEW-based electrical conductivity measurement system was designed. The four-electrode method was applied. A higher measurement accuracy was achieved by using high precision instruments. A self-designed software made it easier and more convenient to measure, calculate and save data compared with previous work. Finally, we measured the electrical conductivity of porcine liver from 50kHz to 1MHz. This result is closed to the value in literature. This experiment shows that the measurement system can be used to measure the electrical conductivity of biological tissue under the condition of AC, and it has a high measurement accuracy.
