Guidelines for determination of the number of prior lines of therapy in multiple myeloma

To the editor: The treatment of multiple myeloma is rapidly evolving. Although there are standard rules for categorizing patients based on disease stage[1][1] and uniform response criteria for assessing clinical benefit,[2][2] the magnitude of response seen with a given drug is also influenced by
