pULsed dye Laser Therapy and Z-pLasTy for faciaL BUrn scars: The aLTernaTiVe To excision 2008

Sample Size Fifty-seven patients were treated with PDL for facial hypertrophic scars. All of these patients had facial burns that initially healed well with flat epithelium within 4 to 5 weeks of the burn. These patients then developed hypertrophic scars.
