This paper described the formulation design of acrylate copolymerical emulsion systematically, such as various component of monomer, emulsion, initiator, chain transferred agent, pH regulator and protect colloid,etc. , and their actions and effects on the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion. What's more, the paper also discussed that polymerization temperature, stir intensity and drip velocity influence the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion.
