Research of Glass Fiber Reinforced Unsaturated Polyester Composites

The research and development of unsaturated polyester (UPR)/glass fiber composites are reviewed. The effects of UPR contents on the dielectric property of the composites and the effects of light and high energy irradiation on the ageing property are introduced The emphasis is placed on the effects of unsaturated polyester composition, interphase modification, low-profile additives and glass fiber distribution on the properties of unsaturated polyester/glass fiber composites.
