Experimental Study of Effect of JWSNS Serum on Apoptosis of HSC-T6

Objective:To observe the effect of JWSNS serum on apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells.Methods:Different concentrations of JWSNS Decoction acted on drug-containing serum in vitro HSC-T6 cells,using flow cytometry and TUNEL method for measuring HSC-T6 apoptosis after 12h,24h,48h.Results:Flow cytometry analysis showed that it had differences when each concentration group compared with the control group(P0.05)after 12h,24h,48h.It had differences when each concentration group of JWSNS compared to Biejia Tuangan tablet(P0.05)in addition to low concentration of 12h(P0.05).(2)TUNEL method showed that it had differences when each concentration group compared with the control group after 48h(P0.05).Conclusion:JWSNS can promote the apoptosis of HSC-T6 and the role of high dose and 48h was obvious.
