Objective:To investigate the detection and clinical application of T lymphocyte subsets by three-colour immunofluorescence. Methods:The proportion of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 cells in the peripheral blood of 15 CA patients and 15 health controls were detected by three-colour immunofluorescent flow cytometry. Results:Results tested by flow cytometry are stable.Compared to health controls,Thl,Tc1 cells and Tcl/Tc2 ratio in CA patients are all decreased(P0.05).Conclusion:Three-colour immunofluorescence flow cytometry is a precise and sensitive method in detecting T lymphocyte subsets.
