Innovation Methods Paved the Road of Innovation——Taking Geely as an Example

Advanced innovation method is an important weapon to enhance national indigenous innovative capacity.The success of Geely innovation is related to innovation conception,innovative method,innovation strategies,innovation management.Taking Geely as an example,the paper interpreted the application of innovation methods in product design and management innovation,and analyzed the association between the selection and decision of each innovation method and enterprise innovation mode,innovation strategy,innovation capability evolution,and entrepreneurial innovation spirit.On this basis,experience and inspiration of innovation method application were proposed.
