摘要
PP/wood flour composite (WPC) was prepared by means of mixing processing, and the effects of the contents of wood flour and interfacial compatibilizer MAPP on the mechanical properties of WPC were studied. The structures of PP, MAPP, wood flour and WPC were characterized and analyzed by means of FTIR. The results showed the addition of wood flour to PP made the tensile strength and bending strength of composite lower than those of pure PP, tensile modulus and bending modulus became greater and greater, while the elongation at break decreased with the increase of the content of wood flour; with the increase of the content of MAPP in the composites, both the tensile strength and bending strength of the WPC became greater and greater first, and then poorer and poorer for the WPCs with 10wt% or 20wt% wood flour content, while the strength was always increased for WPCs with more wood-flour contents. As for the impact strength, it would be the maximum when the content of MAPP falls into the range between 2 % and 4 % . The result of FTIR showed the addition of MAPP could esterify the wood flour and make the compatibility between PP and flours better.
