Research progress of immunomagnetic beads technology

In this paper,the structural features and the properties of the magnetic beads were introduced,and the application of immunomagnetic beads in immunoassay,cell separation,purification of biological macromolecules and molecular biology applications were introduced at the same time. Meanwhile,the ultimate principle of the immunomagnetic beads technique and its application in rapid detection of aspergillus flavus in foods were also mentioned.
