Study on the Difference of Lentinus edodes Fruiting Body Polysaccharide Yield

With Lentinus edodes fruiting body as research material,fruiting body lentinan yield were compared in different batches,different parts and different maturity. The results showed that: the lentinan yield of first batches was lowest,and there was a significant difference between the first batches and the second or third batches,the correlation coefficient was lower(which was 0. 177 7 and 0. 075 9),and there was no difference between the second and third batches of lentinan,and the correlation coefficient between them was 0. 775 0; there was no significant difference between different parts of lentinan yield,and the correlation coefficient between two different parts of lentinan yield is 0. 986 6,indicating that the stipe and cap of lentinan yield is significant correlation; different maturity lentinan yield were: there was no difference between different maturity of lentinan yield,and the correlation coefficient were higher(respectively 0. 926 9,0. 974 3,0. 963 9). Namely,the polysaccharide content of fruiting bodies at different growth stages was insignificant,and the accumulation of lentinan has a certain relevance.Considering the cost of production,the second tide and maturity Lentinus edodes fruiting body should be used as raw material.
