Mastocytosis is a rare c-KIT–driven clonal disorder for which radiologic evaluation is essential in the early detection of hallmark features, including hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, and skeletal abnormalities, which facilitates diagnosis, differentiation from mimics, and disease monitoring.
