This project is a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating age-stratified outcomes of endoscopic lumbar surgery for degenerative spine conditions. It synthesizes data from observational studies comparing pain, disability, functional recovery, and complications across different elderly age groups, including patients ≥80 years. The goal is to determine whether advanced age influences clinical benefit or safety and to clarify the role of endoscopic spinal surgery in older and very elderly populations
