During the PDF conversion, some words were removed, which were overlooked by both the author and the publisher in the article titled “An Exploratory Review on Recent Computational Approaches Devised for MiRNA Disease Association Prediction,” published in Current Bioinformatics, 2025, Vol. 20, No. 2 [1]. Details of the error and a correction are provided here. Original: The semantic ty, Sim(d,D1), between a particular disease d and a disease group D1 is calculated using equation 1. Corrected: The semantic similarity, Sim(d,D1), between a particular disease d and a disease group D1 is calculated using equation 1. Original: Given two NAs, mi and mj, their expression profiles were denoted as emi and emj respectively. Corrected: Given two miRNAs, mi and mj, their expression profiles were denoted as emi and emj respectively.
