摘要
Abstract For investigating the effect of preload on the bearing capacity of the composite hydrogen storage cylinders, the FEM of fiber full-wound aluminum liner cylinder is established by ABAQUS software. Stress calculation was carried out with and without preload. The results show that under working pressure, the application of pre-tightening pressure can cause the reduction of lining stress level and increase fiber layer stress, and the application of pre-tightening pressure can improve the stress distribution of the lining and fiber layer.
