Targeted Multimodal Cancer Therapies The immunogenic cell-based microrobots capable of multimodal cancer therapy are constructed by loading bioengineered bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) and magnetic nanoparticles with macrophages. Such active medical platform integrates steerable magnetic propulsion, antitumor immune regulation and anticancer peptides of OMVs, and tumor targeting and inhibition of macrophages.
