Chemotherapy induced peripheral neurotoxicity (CIPN) is a long-lasting, or even permanent, late toxicity caused by largely used anticancer drugs. CIPN affects a growing population of cancer survivors and diminishes their quality of life since there is no curative/preventive treatment.
