On Page e57, section "4.3.4.Colchicine, " under the "Synopsis" heading, the last sentence read, "The dose of colchicine available in the United States for secondary prevention in patients with ASCVD is 0.6 mg daily, although the published studies use a dose of 0.5 mg daily.
