Clinical analysis of treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning atropine poisoning during the secondary in 64 cases

Objective To probe into the clinical analysis of treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning atropine poisoning during the secondary.Methods Selected June 2009 ~ June 2010 in our hospital during the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treatment of patients over the course of 157 cases of atropine,gastric lavage and application of parallel conventional cholinesterase longer able to support agents and symptomatic treatment,and Early application of atropine,and atropine for secondary poisoning patients should take appropriate treatment measures.Results In this study,secondary in 48 patients (41.40%) different levels of atropine poisoning,compared with non - atropine poisoning atropine poisoning,the heart rate and the former group of patients with atropine were significantly increased 1 h,and the skin significantly reduced the rate of drying,there were also significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion For the relief of acute organophosphate poisoning atropine poisoning secondary to the process can be prevented and reduced,should actively take measures,a clear response to the lower atropine and atropine of obvious reasons,strive to ensure timely detection and symptomatic treatment.
