【Objective】 To explore the mean of routine-scanning and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI for the differential diagnosis of breast diseases.【Method】 Track, compare and analyze the checking reports and pathologic consults for the 27 cases of benign breast lesions and the 26 cases of malignant breast patients.【Result】 Obscure boundary, irregular border, burr fin for routine MRI and The dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI of Breast malignant diseases are 73.1%,76.9%;69.2%,76.9%;23.1%,42.3%.There is 38.5% uneven reinforcement, more evident second morphology changing.Irregular border for routine MRI of Breast benign diseases are 18.6%,and post-enhancement are14.8%,63.0% benign diseases are no reinforcement. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for the breast disease of routine-scanning MRI and The dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI are 50.9%,83.0%;53.8%,88.5%;48.1%,77.8%.【Conclusion】 The dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI have evident dominance comparing with routine-scanning MRI for breast diseases in differential diagnosis.
