The effects of carbonizing conditions on the element compose and atom ratio of carbonized production from polyaniline resin were tested and analyzed. It is found that the carbon content of carbonized productions was gradually increased and the content of hydrogen was gradually debased with the carbonizing temperature uprising. But there were still hydrogen elements in the carbonized production treated at 1?000?℃. The effects of carbonizing ambience on the C/H atom ratios of carbonized production were also extremely prominent. The C/H atom ratio of samples treated in inner ambience were outclass that of samples treated in reducible ambience. It is also found that the C/H atom ratio of samples was increased with heating rate and the carbonizing time. With carbonizing temperature uprising, the C/N atom ratio was increased linearily, however the H/N atom ratio appeared undulation. In the same carbonizing conditions, the C/N and H/N atom ratio of the samples treated in reducibile ambience was higher than that of samples treated in inner ambience.
