On Problems of Cost Management and Its Countermeasures for Enterprises

The paper expounds the sharp competition after acceding to WTO,and that the cost dominant position plays important role in competition.We have to achieve the dominant position in the manner of management height,so as to improve the economic benefit and to be in an invincible position in competition for enterprises.
