On a knowledge management-based perspective,the article formed a theoretical model demonstrating the effect of knowledge workers' Organizational Identification(OI) on innovation performance and drew the following conclusions: The effect of knowledge workers' OI on innovation performance is reflected in two layers,the direct effect and the indirect effect: The former is that OI keeps knowledge workers stay stably in the organization so as to provide human resources for innovation activities,and encourage them to obtain and create new knowledge;the latter is that OI improves the performance of innovation through changing knowledge workers' attitude toward knowledge management.The article also explored the tactic to improve knowledge workers' OI.
