摘要
With Hemerocallis fulva,Hemerocallis×hybridastella deoro,Hostaso sweetand Hosta ensataas test materials,under the treatment of the Cd 40mg/kg concentration,different physiological growth response of the four kind of materials were compared with the accumulation of cadmium in plants during the growth period.Based on the results of the indicators,a comprehensive assessment was applied to determine the ability of anti-cadmium stress.The results showed that harmfulness of the flowers under the stress of different Cd concentrations was affected b main effect of treatment time,and interactive effects of plant species×concentration time and tree species×concentration×time.On the basis of variance analysis,multiple-factor comparison and overall evaluation by subordinate function method,the resistance of four perennial flowers to Cd stress could be ordered as:Hostaso sweet,Hemerocallis×hybridastella deoro,Hemerocallis fulva and Hosta ensata.
