New Materials for Improving High Temperature Resistance of Silicone Rubber

From the results of heat resistance and antioxidant performances in practical applications of silicone rubber, the effects of three new types of materials e.g.ASG-1 phenyl methyl silicone oil, 109 dimethyl diphenyl RTV neat silicone rubber ,801CT silicone heat-resistant synergistic additive on improving heat resistance and antioxidant performances of silicone rubber are described.Five years of practical applications it is revealed that above-mentioned materials have remarkably positive effects.Especially 801CT silicone heat-resistant synergistic additive be up to international advanced level.
