The modern electron systems manage digital signals as well as analog signals.More and more applications demand that digital circuits and analog circuits are together exist on one IC.The digital circuits become faster than they have ever been and analog circuits demand more accurate than they have ever been.In mixed signal circuits,the cross-talk noise and substrate coupling noise have been keys during the course of designing the mixed signal circuits.
