Quaternized modification of hyperbranched polyester and its application to PET deweighting

Alkali deweighting promoter of quaternary ammonium salts(QHPE) is prepared by quaternized modification of self-made hyperbranched polyester with epoxypropyl hexadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,and its application to polyester deweighting is carried out.The results show that QHPE has a significant promoting effect in deweighting process.The dosages of QHPE and sodium hydroxide,treating temperature and time exert some influence on polyester deweighting,and the optimum QHPE dosage is 0.016 g.
