The Application of Platinum and Rhodium N2Heterocyclic Carbene Complexes in Hydrosilylation Reaction

N2heterocyclic carbene Pt and N2heterocyclic carbene Rh complexes are used as catalysts in hydrosilylation. It is specially noticed that the complexes showed excellent catalytic properties and stabilized physical and chemical nature. This review summarizes the recent progress in the application of platinum and rhodium N2heterocyclic carbene complexes as catalysts in hydrosilylation of ketones , alkynes , alkenes and other unsaturated compounds.
